The 5:16's are a 5 piece Mod band based in Woking, Surrey, the heartland of the Modfather himself, and fronted by Enzo Esposito an original and founding member of the much loved Squire.
Squire are generally accredited with the first genuine Mod revival single back in March 1979 and The 5:16's are out to capture some of that magic and excitement right here, right now!
Hardly surprising then to find the band's influences reflected in their choice of material, clothing, lifestyle and love of all things Mod. As well as penning their own material, The 5:16's pay homage to those icons, past and present, that have continued to inspire them with a breathless set featuring covers of old and new Mod Classics, Northern Soul, Motown and R&B.
